I'm with you on this one, as I was driving council-buses which need as much room to brake asyou guys (not loaded up as much, but need to prevent injuries to mostly elderly passengers).
It's their attitude that really gets me, in their impatience they come too close (or do something risky &stupid), you give a short blast on the horn to let them know...& they go ape, braking hard in front of you, yelling abuse, etc. & worst are drivers of the smallest cars which have the least protection!
