never do a handstand on the edge of a cliff or on a bridge over a motorway or during a funeral ceremony on the edge of the unfilled grave.

Great video. Just like all your videos. The only problem is you assume we can do a cartwheel! Can you do an instruction on how to do that? (All the other u-tube cartwheel instructions are for 75 lb 11-year old gymnasts.)

Handstands r very simple 4 me but, i like using the wall to keep me up longer then when i go do one wo/ the wall it makes me stay up 4 a while (:

lol to fat to stand aka me
it's easier if you just take one hand off the ground. gravity shifts your body onto one side for you.

That can work for those with enough arm strength to support their body weight with one hand...but this is not accessible for many yogis. Still, I use it sometimes to re-balance me. If you're pretty strong in your handstand, I'd try it. Namaste!

Keep your legs in alignment and your navel into your body so your belly doesn't release and make your back curve. Watch my Core Handstand video too. Good luck!!

But there's just one problem; I can't react that fast if I start to fall :/

You can--just plan for it in advance. It's not that hard to move to the side. You'll see. Keep your arms stable and don't freak out-just cartwheel:)
