I dont normally watch this motogp stuff but been interested in bikes alot recently, big up for him, especially just running into the middle of the track.

Yes. it dropped a rod or something, no one is disputing that it was his oil. it's common for bike racers to fall on their own oil because the back tyre is nicely in line with where the oil is spewing from. If they're lucky the first bit of oil gets on their boot and they feel the loss of grip on the sole in time to slow.
