  • god, this isnt a conspiracy. i live in NYC lol i simply clicked on the most viewed these were it i guess i don't know what else to tell you rather that it was done in random other. i was actually re searching for new grooming techniques. came a cross one with a yogurt cup, found it pretty hilarious. i know my coffee pretty well, and i didn't mean to hurt anyones feelings, i was just speaking my mind like everyone should in this industry. we are all able to criticize others until proven wrong.

Fair enough. (I never intended to imply conspiracy)

    I sent you a message.

  • i saw the name... i've been working at my family's espresso bar since i was 16. and even then i didnt tap and i was doing stockfleths. anyways im not a hater i just think its funny champions tap, ive seen them tapping at events and winning.

And you are now 20. You're pretty young still. I've noticed that you've decided to post criticisms on several channels owned by some pretty respected people. Strange that you chose those channels in specific. Stranger still, I consider both of them to be friends.

  • nice tapping. why dont you just take a knife to the puck before you pull the shot?

I'm sorry, maybe you didn't recognize the guy in the video. His name is Tim Wendelboe. The video was also made in 2004. (you know, the year before he became the World Barista Champion)

The answer to "why knocking?" is because it was still common practice at the time.

  • why knocking on the PF ?

  • It does take some practice, but the speed and consistency are more than worth the work.

  • I burn my hand on the hot portafilter when I try this.

  • That's why it's here.
