Both of my parents grew up during the Great Depression - they're both in their 80's so they are a few years younger than you. I'm sure that you'd call them "kids" - ha! My Dad grew up on a farm & he said that they never went hungry but they ate a lot of biscuits and gravy.  I was looking at some pictures of my Dad's class in grade school - the kids look healthy in the pictures but they're all lean - none of them was overweight. It's great to see you making videos like this.
