This game rules, despite being similar to Super Mario 3 it was damned good. Had this on my 10th birthday for NES and been one of my fave NES games.

@Tobix1234444 In a way yes it does. The actual cartoon was animated from time to time by overseas studios, including Japan's TMS studio (ironically enough, it's owned by Sega :D), while the Tiny Toons video games were developed by Konami, which is obviously Japanese. :)
