The Coral Pink Sand Dunes are in the middle of Southern Utah, near Kanab. They are a state park, so if you Google it in Google maps, it should bring it right up for you.

Did you guys go to the free area or where you have to pay, because that area looks familiar

We went to the free area. The ice was over on the far side away from the entrance. Usually it's just a big puddle.
