Depends on your definition. Stock for stock it will outrun S2000s, MX5s, and even a base model Boxster, but will lose to the Boxster S.
I get about 27 or so MPG if I drive normally, but about 30+ is possible if you tune it on the stock turbo and/or baby it around.
