Artillery - Khomaniac - (Original Demo Recording) - Rough Mix

Rare demo recording / rough mix of the song Khomaniac from the thrash band Artillery.

This is from a promotional cassette released by RC Records (Roadracer) in 1990, (RR PROMO 010).

There is a picture of the cassette in the video. The black block in the picture was actually that guy's phone number.

Special thanks to Mike Jeffers for helping my get the music from that old cassette and into my computer. I used Audacity to tweak the track a little. Hope you like it.

This is so much better than the album version. I always liked the songwriting on By Inheritance, but prefered live versions, because the production on that album makes it sound like they are playing with fucking practice amps, it just lacks power, and the guitar lacks distortion.

I actually prefer the demo version to the complete version on their By Inheritance album. It has a more raw and powerful feel to it. Amazing song nonetheless and competes as my all time favorite song from any band and my favorite song from this band.
