because it is promoting public health in the USA. It is made by the American Public Health Association. I thought it was a touching video. But of course I may be biased since I work in this field...

US indeed needs a public health system, but unfortunately even Obama will doubtfully support this.
P.S.
"Safe sex" is great, but abstinence is much safer- let's not forget that it is possible to remain abstinent.
