Tall Paul Mugen #70 Pepito vs Lucy Diclonius

You don't want to make these two angry; it could get ugly.

After seeing TheSeriousCacodemon's Lucy Diclonius video and seeing Lucy English pack demo by
RavenousCrucifix, I thought if Pepito comes across her and fight her like Komachi did. The first time I saw Lucy is in a music video and I don't know the name of the song. And one more thing, Lucy's OHKO is where she gets you if you don't jump out of the range and start inflicting pain while the memories of Lucy Diclonius are flashing back and forth and next thing you know, you're dead.
