FYI: I was really upset on this day. People who know me would say I was downright pissed off and they could envision steam coming out of my ears. Why just the day before this one I was met by a very stoic Ms. Standridge with the message that I must have my attorney contact the City's attorney in order to be able to have access to any of the City owned public records. Any of the City held public records. Including the minutes book; something they use to just hand to me. But on April 4, 2003 we had filed our LUPA action in order to reverse the decision of the Kangaroo Court the City had appointed to uphold their decision to expire our building permit. On April 10, 2003, the City of Mesa retaliated and cut off all access to public records. This is the next day. Yes I am a very upset public records requester.
