they are kicking like it was a twostroke engine. you have to have the same pressure all the way from the top. and if you are doing it right, try to lean it over to the ground on the left side untill some gas are starting to drip. then try again

i have the same bike. i start it right footed. you got to find tdc then kick it strong but smooth dont stomp it down.
