Just trying a different recording method, I used Fraps this time.
Recorded in realtime in 1920x1200, no trickery used :P
For the interested: I used some fancy software to install a RAM-Disk, which is pretty much like a HDD, just that it uses your RAM.
The reason why Fraps is slow is not because your GPU or CPU is slow, it's just your HDD which can't handle the flood of data Fraps creates.
Your RAM on the other side is fast as shit (Modern RAM can handle a few GBit per second, your HDD struggles to get 150mbit), so recording to a RAM drive results in really smooth videos. It will still lag while recording, but the output will be really smooth.
hey i was wondering what program you used to make your ram disk found a couple but i dont wanna buy
