i didbt already travel with msc fantasia but with msc orchestra and it was a great trip. service, food an entertainment was great.

The boat was beautiful however it took most people 4 hrs to check in as the crowd to get to the desk was manic so on board the ship i was left sittin around with nothing to do until dinner at 8.30. The ship was under staffed and over populated causing a decrease in service effiency we also had to wait over an hour for starters at dinner. Also you had to pay over £5 for some SOFTDRINKS. towards the end of the cruise you felt like you were getting in the way of the new more important passengers

Das Schiff an sich ist toll. Der Service ist aber unter aller Sau gewesen. Die Einschiffung in Genua war eine Frechheit, das stimmt.

das schiff ist echt nicht so toll wie es beschrieben wird!
auf kleineren schiffen von msc war die qualität um einiges besser!
die einschiffung in genua war schrecklich! leute die mit dem krankenwagen abtransportiert worden sind ect.
ich war wirklich nicht beeindruckt!
sie prahlen mit der ausstattung aber sparen dafür an der qualität am essen!

I've been on the maiden voyage of this ship and i have to say MSC Crociere can't really handle the amount of people fitting on this ship.
Too much waiting time for embarkation.
Food is middleclass. The ship itsself is nice but not overwelming a big con is that only one pool is inside.
I made a ten day trip and my impression of the ship and MSC Crociere is not the best one next time i will go on a ship of costa or on a cruise in the carribean.

Good Evening! Different ships for distinct markets... Queen Mary 2 and Queen Victoria are 6 star ship for the exclusive luxury market... MSC Fantasia is a 4+ or 5 star ship for the high quality mass europeen market... I did a travel in MSC Musica and I found their service very very good!!!...

No way. I disagree. Europa is nice, Queen Victoria it´s OK, but Queen Victoria is simply appalling.

I'm sorry but I'm unimpressed by her. Her exterior reminds me too much of the Golden Princess and her interiors are... well... I don't know how to put it but I'm not not wowed. I find the Queen Mary 2, Magic, Wonder, Europa and Queen Victoria much more attractive. Sorry!
