  • ACI has really lowered its standards. They used to match the accents of the actors with their real life counterparts. Also, where's the British narrator?!?!?

  • @sturmovikdragon This season has been telecast only in Canada so far. I guess they will use the British narrator only when they broadcast in the UK.

  • @sturmovikdragon i perfer his voice better, dunno why

  • 0:43 I would have made that face too if that's what I saw!

  • Such a sad day for Brazilian aviation... such a horrible crash. Good video but if I'm not mistaken Di Sacco was the first officer on this flight. Difficult to point the finger at one person or two for the crash, a lot of hands pushed the nose of this plane against that concrete wall.

  • @battwann88 You're too right. Kinetic energy = 1/2 mass x velocity-squared. Today's massive jets have a hell of a lot more kinetic energy when they come in for a landing than the a DC-3, for example. Big changes are needed here.

  • These old airports are designed for planes from a different era--not the mega Boeing and Airbuses we see today. In the past passenger planes are much smaller, thus they don't need very long runways. The bigger ones today need longer runways -- simple physics -- larger object, longer time to decelerate. Moral of the story, Brazil needs a new airport if the present one cannot expand.

  • @sturmovikdragon lol, i really dont think not having a fake spanish/portuguese accent is much of a loss..

  • @sturmovikdragon It's a 100% Canadian show. As Sheila Broflovski famously said; "Blame Canada!" I guess I can get behind you on it breaking the realism, but I watch the show more for the analysis and investigation than for the reenactments.

  • @amitj78 Using American actors for non-American roles is not only insulting, but gives American media a bad name. It also breaks the feeling of realism for the re-enacted scenes.

  • @sturmovikdragon This was a very informative and well researched episode. I wouldn't say they've "lowered their standards" based just on the accents used.
