How I Keep My Hair Healthy

This is what works for ME, but I think everyone has to find their own routine. Also, I know my hair doesn't look THAT great in this video, but hey, it was just one of "those" days :).

-jojoba oil (found anywhere natural products are sold)
-Got 2 B soothing luster lotion leave in conditioner

-Treseme curl activator spray

Where as I love my Garnier Fructis shampoo and conditioner I have started using the Aussie 3 min. miracle, and I also use the got 2 be anti frizz (I have really curly hair that tends to frizz), I also took up your idea of putting a little bit of conditioner, rinsing it out, and putting in the regular amount and leaving it thing. It does help my hair. My hair has seemed healthier and happier since I started my new hair care routine. Thanks!!!!!!!

i love all the products you listed except the 3 minute miracle to me it smells like a wet dog :( i gave it to my dad :( it made my hair really smooth but i couldnt get over the smell

I, personally, dont like aussie. The shampoo made my hair feel dry but the conditioner was alright. I used the moisture one. But now i use matrix shampoo and that works for me :)
