@ProConstitutioner first thing that came to mind lol... i have 2 ideas which can be just pure bullshit but hear... they will give us the bio-chip in one of the shots, they have manufactured a virus or will use the swine flu to infect the population and kill out everyone who hasn't got a surveillance chip. Therefore they will kill those who oppose them by means of internal biological warfare and those who have chips will also have the vaccination against it. Dark times ahead.

I see no mention of depopulation... disapoint! Though I guess you could achieve depopulation via the lowered efficiency of a vaccine for a population that does not accept it, thus raising the likelihood of a pandemic, which will kill more, thus depopulating. But that's just hypothetical.
