UPDATE: As of 1/20/2012, the man whom Ted L. Gunderson herein claims was framed -- Mr. Chris Jones -- became the subject of a JUDICIAL THREAT ASSESSMENT TEAM as a result of this video. A spotlight on the cockroaches is having an effect, but for the safety of Mr. Jones please DO NOT physically threaten Thompson or anyone else! Judge Thompson is a very close friend and confidant of the father of Jones' friends, and Jones expressly wants nobody to be hurt in this matter!!!

Former Senior-Agent-In-Charge of the Los Angeles Division of the FBI, Ted L. Gunderson, discusses aspects of the most corrupt trial-judge he's encountered in his distinguished 50+ year law-enforcement career -- Orange County's own Judge David A. Thompson. An admitted alcoholic with reported lapses of illicit drugs as well as a frequent of OC's adult entertainment scene,* Thompson's judicial tyranny is exemplified by the purported framing of Chris Jones within his courtroom in Santa Ana during March, 2008. Though the charges were totally unsubstantiated (and otherwise contrived), Judge Thompson steered the jury into its guilty verdict through various avenues:

- Unwilling to disclose his 15 year relationship with immediate family of witnesses, including 8 years as a member within the same AA chapter

- Stated in chambers that immediate family of witnesses arriving at his private residence on the night before trial was not a matter of recusal

- Ordered Mr. Jones not to smile in the presence of jury during court recesses

- Forbid any meaningful defense, and barred topics explaining case development, challenging the truthfulness of witnesses, or revealing alternative witness motives

- Blocked leading O.C. Psychologist from disclosing exonerating results of pertinent testing

- Expressly refused to offer a reason for remanded Mr. Jones into custody in the middle of trial. Mr. Jones was thereafter forced to appear an additional 8 days being unshaven and permitted one shower over the duration!

- Threatened Mr. Jones' counsel with submission to Bar on bogus accusations

- Provided false instructions to jurors and permitted conviction without the statute's legal standard of proof (per Appeal)

- Deceived jury with application of circumstantial evidence when, in fact, there was none

- Took possession of Verdict Forms, 20 of which would later came up missing!


Judge Thompson also prevented FBI Chief Ted L. Gunderson (Ret.) from testifying of falsified police reports, altered witness testimony, and perjury by detectives of the Costa Mesa Police Department. Also needing to be addressed were issues of witness-tampering and blackmail. Gunderson was permitted to testify of illegal interrogation techniques implemented against the said victim/witnesses, but Judge Thompson also barred the video-tapes from being viewed by the jury.

Judge Thompson subsequently was promoted to Orange County's Asst. Presiding Judge, and will ascend to Presiding Judge for the 2013-14 term unless there is a public outcry. The former FBI chief did his part, now we must do ours!

When we vote here in the oc we never get any info on judges and the like. This is good info for us to keep bad judges out.

sounds like another judge gary little,he sent me away for 21 years to cover up the fact he was into child rape/molestation and ritualistic murder....after he sentenced me,he blew his brains out in his own chambers,because 20/20,the compton report and the fbi,were closing in on him.judge in king county,seattle washington,in the 1980's,took him off childrens court after getting caught,making deals with the kids,for sex,in exchange for lenient sentencing....
