If you're really a lore nerd you should roll an Alliance do starting zone quest chains and stuff. Also there are Dark Irons still with Ragnaros, an example of that was the attack on Ironforge Airfield which we had to repel. Then I arrest a dwarf in the Dark Iron Embassy in IF and then some other stuff happens.

your vids are great with content, but i hate how you play a shaman...it's frustrating to watch you play. try opening with a lightning bolt > flame shock > lava burst. That should guarantee their death before they reach you
