  • the feeling is more of a very intense ache. it started hurting around the fifth practice into this season of baseball and i have been doing pitching warm-ups and actual pitching at each one but it progressively got worse. Each practice, my arm starts off almost fine but it gets more and more intense depending on how hard i throw it seems. Even in just regular long toss or warm-up exercises of that type.

  • I am a pitching instructor and this is good info. for coaches to know. A coach should keep this info in mind when a coach calls a pitch.
