  • @Monas19, nope this was taken on the roof of the Masjid. 

  • For some reason the guards dont' hassle the men for searching for cameras, but the women side on the other hand is different they will not allow you in the mosque even if your cellphone has a camera. In the rooftop you see many people taking flics from cameras to camcorders.

  • Are you even allowed to bring in cameras let alone video cameras into this mosque?

  • This was done on digital camera.

  • It's a shame I don't live in an Islamic country, really.

    I have visited a few, and I have several Adhan soundclips on my computer, but it's not the same. I think it would be a very nice experience to physically be called to prayer, to walk with others to a larger mosque than my local, rather than furtively checking my watch and hoping no brain-dead chavs decide to beat me up for praying in public. Absolutely beautiful this, brings me nearly to tears.

  • @clapton1958 Very true, I'll never forget hearing the Athan being called when i went to Turkey this summer... its beautiful really... InshAllah i'll get the privilage to go to Medinah and Makkah, i will be in absolute tears 99% of the time when im there! subhanAllah

  • @clapton1958 i feel the same honestly.. I'll never forget the feeling of hearing the live adhan when i spent visits in a muslim country.. it's so beautiful. Really makes me want to move to and Islamic country and live there!
