But also recall that when the jewel was shattered, the shards flied away from Inuyasha/Kagome's position. It's possible multiple landed near each other. Also recall after the jewel broke, the Inuyasha/Kagome duo was just starting off and I'm unsure of Naraku's abilities at the first episode though I believe he had the ability to control baboon-masked puppet agents who had the ability to collect shards on Naraku's behalf. How many puppets he had at one time I do not know.

Whenever you're ready to explain, I'm all ears... or eyes actually.

@June28July My definition of "chemistry" doesn't just encompass the characters, but also the flaws in both Inuyasha and Kagome as characters, and the flaws of the show itself.
-
@June28July As I've said before, my definition of chemistry varies when it comes to this couple, because of the history I've had with the show and all of its flaws. What I usually consider on-screen attraction/that force that two people share that draws them together, doesn't apply to this couple, because of the different way I perceive them and the show they're part of.

@June28July Well if you break down the time logically, in the five episodes since breaking the jewel, Inuyasha and Kagome were only able to locate one, and this was based off of rumors/odd occurances, rather then Kagome sensing the general direction of it. This took then 3 days of searching. Naraku was either searching right after it was broken, or had less time and no tracking ability, yet he was still able to gather more. The point remains, Kagome's power is easily diminished.

I just wish to know what you consider 'chemistry'.

But not every demon is a Tokogene just like not every encounter with demons involves Naraku's insects. At times, Kagome's/Miroku's abilities come in handy.
"The thunder brothers/Naraku had gathered more jewels then the team which shows that the ability doesn't consume any less time."
You'd have to know how long the Thunder Brothers/Naraku have been seeking shards for you to be able to say this.

@June28July To understand the way I approach this couple, you'd have to understand my history with this series. I approach this couple differently then I approach others because of that. It will take a long time to explain, and youtube comments are REALLY limited. Still interested?

@June28July Unlike Kagome, Miroku's importance doesn't hing on his wind tunnel alone. Even without it, he doesn't need rescuing nearly as often as Kagome does, and rarely is he helpless without it, unless he's already incapacitated by wounds or poison. He's still capable of using his intelligence to see something odd about off events, and he's still a capable fighter, and it's not like the insects completely stop him from using his power anyway, it's a moot point.

@June28July Though there is no way to see through clothes/flesh, there are plenty of clues dropped off by other patterns of behavior. Tokogene became a rock like monster when he took in the jewels, and Inuyasha didn't need Kagome's power to notice the jewels. The thunder brothers/Naraku had gathered more jewels then the team which shows that the ability doesn't consume any less time. There are plenty of alternatives to be taken, the ability it nothing more then Deux ex Machina.
Even without Kikyo, I really don't care for this couple. I know that's going agaisnt the norm, but they just don't have any real chemistry. Kagome's a whiny, helpless, bitch and Inuyasha is a doubebag most of the time. IT's a wonder how they got together but I guess that's love for ya.
