@kenskyschulz1979 Nope, I already have way too many weasels copying everything I create - including large public training companies in Australia, so I think it's better if the slides stay on my desktop for now :)

@IsleBeeBach No I can understand that. But still many thanks for the effort and time you invested for the community. By the way how much of this content deviated from the 2011 edition, or is it already updated?

@kenskyschulz1979 No problem! I'm actually working on some update presentations as we speak. ITIL v3:2007 (v3.0) and ITIL v3:2011 (v3.1) are basically the same, but v3.1 looks a bit tidier and some of the nonsense of Service Strategy and CSI received a bit of a clean-up. I'll start posting the update videos mid February so keep an eye open for them ;)
