This is prolly., around early 80's I could guess..DJ's made their own thang..then Vincent Davis got on the scene, it got wicked now., Then Emcee's wanted to spit over wat the DJ was break beating. Hence the evolution of the Hip-Hop Culture. And the graffiti was already.
