I don't understand where one gets the idea that 1 Cor. 11:2-16 only applied to a particular cultue. Up until about 80 or so years ago, it was common practice for all Christian women to cover their heads when in church or praying. "Pasa" in the context of 1 Cor. 11:5 really does seem to mean -every- gunē, and "pas" in verse 4 really does seem to mean -every- anēr. Much respect and blessings to Dr. Bob, the brilliant theologian that he is, but we can't pick and choose what to obey.
