  • replace Callas and that yelling Stefano who both ruin the work.

  • GRANDES TODOS !!! LÁSTIMA QUE YA NO SE OIGA NADA ASÍ.---

  • @belcanto92

you're sooo right! i love to end..and turn the shower off right before she hits the last note! so epic!

  • for sure..this is one of the best performances. the sextet is lovely, in general, but with Callas and gran di Stefano how could one ever go wrong? they couldn't. they simply couldnt.

  • @aristopus vous avez raison il n'y a plus de voix puissantes, surtout chez les ténors,et puis Maria Callas restera toujours la meilleure,même si je suis un peu chauvin(

  • The current generation couldn't possibly out-produce music like this. Humanity is undergoing degenerative evolution.

Just joking. There will never be another Callas and di Stefano but that doesn't mean the next generation is inferior.

  • I can't understand why they repeat the entire piece...can someone explain me the reason?

  • Superb.TY ThePaw for posting and Candy for sharing.

  • A golden treasure with the A Team that will never lose its timeless luster! The

photos were as much of a treat as the singing...Callas at 6:42 sans the glitz and

glam...incredible! Rolando Panerai makes me swoon! Thank you, ThPaw, for

this masterpiece and to ditogam for sharing!

  • where can I have the italian libreto?

    Thanks GD
