When Allen Stone sings jaws drop and faces light up. We were excited to learn he had a couple hours to burn before his sold out gig at the Echo. Just enough time to drop by Knocksville and murder this performance of "Contact High".

Be sure to check out the Washington native's self-titled sophomore album. It dropped in October and it's really...fucking...good.

    Mine was watching a cover of The Wind, and I had to see the original after hearing the lyrics, "Show me what's normal that's still captivating." His voice and soul remind me of Justin Nozuka so these two guys are my Summer Lovers now.

    Crazy....I get the same feeling when I hear Stevie Wonder or Donny Hathaway...like, this man is reachin the pits of my soul with his voice/music.... from the bridge to the end 2:00 is soo Stevie, its crazy.....last note ( 2:54 - 3:01) is soo Donny....welp....im in love!
