This video isn't "How to Play the Clarinet." It's more of a "How to be a Sax Player and Sound Like Shit on the Clarinet." This is terrible, ExpertVillage. Beginners will forever sound like shit if they try and match this sound when start off on the clarinet.

i hate how minor always NEEDS to be slower. i also hate how minor is always described as being sad... this is just not the case. minor has a very beautiful sound. also note the uncoordinated tongue and finger movement.

Band, I think on this video you're being a bit unfair. Your argument is with a fingering, not a wrong note. This guy is obviously a saxophonist who doubles on clarinet, so he doesn't consider left hand Eb. He's a weak clarinetist, but starting beginners off on side Eb isn't exactly a sin. Chromatic fingerings can come later.
