@littleaprilroses China is rolling over the USA in terms of commercial exchange with many other countries around the world. In many universities grad students are learning CHINESE as a second language instead of English to take advantage of the growing economic opportunities, especially the BA students. English is too common already to have any serious need to learn it. You can get it from Cable TV and the street. And there are so many immigrants in the USA that it doesn't matter any more.
