?? Where where?? Not like her. No it sounds like a remix in Ukrainian. Wild dances is better in Ukranian but this is better in English.

No she doesnt say the F word, its just her accent. The line that sounds like it is "We shall dance the HOT wild dances". She doesnt say S word either. Probably when she says shant or shall.
She also says "wiolent" instead of "violent" near the end.
