'The 'dark side of space' dominates our Universe: dark energy, dark matter and black holes cannot be seen, but can be detected due to their gravitational pull on the objects around them. ESA's science missions including XMM-Newton, the Hubble Space Telescope and the Planck microwave observatory are investigating these phenomena.'

  • Dark matter so far as is known, responds only to it's own mass and to gravity and to this only weakly. It is Cold because it responds to no other energys at all.... as far as is observed so far.

  • I believe, no proof: That the expansion of the early Universe, (a massive energy field to Dark Mass), is still expanding, (Hubble), this creates a Dark Drag that pulls the other Galaxies/stars away from each other.

  • very nice Video !

  • surely dark matter would not be transparent, it would be dark because it absorbs all radiation and reflects nothing. They must mean dark energy ,that creates the illusion of being transparent but still affects the objects around it.

  • Well that blew my mind. lol. thanks steve

  • YT is a black, white, and rainbow hole!

  • Interesting Video !!!

  • Stars make up less than one percent of the universe's total energy density? Wow.
