I tried them, they recommended us to a division of them that is only open mondays and fridays, so I will have to call back.
And yeah, there are over 400 of us almost.

I received my Pell the day before thanksgiving but-I had met Mr. Smith and he put me on the expedite list. I was also constantly calling the Dean of Students and Mr. Poon. also wrote a letter to the Gov. sorry-was not aware that there are still students left hanging.

Seriously, they need to fire the people in the Financial Aid Department and hire some competent people!

I just got off the phone with BCC and they told me my financial aid will come in another month or two. I am 19, work 33 hours a week, and will have to file for bankruptcy because of this.
I sent you an e-mail regarding us (the students affected by this) using pro-bono attorneys in the bay area to sue BCC.
Will you help?

although i feel that way too but, must keep open lines of communication in a friendly manner.
