@Greenfish654 I am afraid I can't tell you what album this cover is by, but can tell you that the song is by Mississippi John Hurt. I came across him in a tribute album "Avalon Blues: A Tribute To Mississippi John Hurt"
Legendary album, I recommend it if you havn't come across it before. Great cover by Ben Harper on there, Sliding Delta and some other fantastic artists, Gillian Welch, Steve Earle, John Hiatt... enjoy! Good luck with finding this version too!
