I am sorry but this 'ideas' and 'solutions' wont work and wont apply to the moba comunity wich is the most hate filled gaming comunity ever, this may work in CoD and game alike but not mobas Valve did something like this to dota 2 and the mute system is a disaster

So let me get this straight - you're telling us that there's rampant bullying and women cancel their subscriptions because the environment is THAT hostile, yet the community is fine and dandy? You can't have your cake and eat it, so which one is it?

I live in a country where Xbox Live isn't available so I wouldn't know what's going on online, but I do know that your idea comes straight out of YouTube's terms and guess what - it doesn't work on YouTube, it won't work in online gaming. Peace.

A lot of this bile extends from the fact that a lot of people use some very escalated trash talk amongst friends who realize it for what it is, some good-natured ribbing and nothing more. The only problem is that anonymity comes at a price, you can't read someone's face. This means that hate is ascribed were none exists, and anger ensues. It does get out of hand, and there are a lot of trolls, but a lot of this is ascribing malice where there is none.

some of these may work. problem is when i play COD with my friend we constantly go into game chat and goof around nothing harassing but just dumb if w got muted all the time for that it would not look good on our part.

The difference between 4chan and games is people have to go out of their way to experience the godforsaken crap that goes there. And frankly it's why people go there. People don't play COD to have 12 year olds rant at them.
