Serenity bar fight rehearsal

OK, does this really have anything to do with Serenity, or are these just other actors re-creating that fight scene??
Impressive to say the least!!

Its a stunt rehearsal for the bar fight in Serenity. As im sure you understand, nailing down that much fighting takes a long time. Summer Glau trained for 3 months before the shooting on the film started in order to do the fight scenes herself.

Does she really hit the Guys, it looks real

I think that version was better than the one in the movie. This woman was more crisp in her movements, made everything seem more real. Summer Glau is awesome, but she moves TOO beautifully.

I don't think River is physically trained in combat. The Alliance only programmed the skills in her brain, so I don't thinks she's suppose to look like an MMA fighter.
I do agree that this version is better, but I'm fine with the movie version with Summer =) I love how she makes it look so effortless and ballet-like.
