This is my pride and joy. This is the story of the last Birnie Car in Ft. Collins, CO. at the time. The Fort Collins Municipal Railway recently purchased Car 25 and it is now in the process of being restored. Both cars can be seen and Car 21 still runs during the summer.

I wore many hats on this production including director and editor. I came up with all the little effects that you see. I also provided the music, except for two songs and the piano music. The piano music is performed by my late grandmother, who at one time played piano at movie theaters when she was growing up.

  • That 'gate' he's talking about is called a lifeguard fender. If something trips that 'gate' under the end of the car it drops another device down onto the rails which is mounted directly ahead of the wheels which looks like a big scoop or basket. That's the fender. It doesn't trip the air brakes.

  • Awesome work Duff. I really enjoyed it.
