Mistakes {Jemi Oneshot} Part Four

Hey guys! just one thing before i start :D Well um we are making these other series and i really think you guys should try, and watch them! :D one is called "I Promise You" and "Turn Right" and Also "Hold Me Tighter" and the last one is "Believe In Magic" Please, they are great and i wish you guys can watch/comment on them OK HERES PART FOUR!!

- Miley's B-day Party -
miley: I CANT WAIT FOR DADDY TO COME MOMMY!! [jumping up and down]
demi: i knoowww!! [not really excited to see Joe; but excited to see Denise] go play with Emily, Oliver, Vanessa and Ashley sweetie i will tell you when they come baby girl, and Happy Birthday [gives her a kiss on the forhead; strokes her hair]
miley:[runs off with her friends playing in those plastic play house things in the back yard for little girls]
oliver: Hey its SMOKEN OKEN!
ashley: back off oliver [walks away]
oliver: maaaaaaan [walks inside]
demi: whats wrong Olly?
oliver: i really like ashley and im dumb...
demi: no, no your not, your only 6 sweetheart [pats his shoulder] why arnt you playing with them anyway?
oliver: there playing with barbies [shivers]
demi:[giggles] what they dont have ken? [teasing; smiles] here give Ashley this [gives him a cookie and a rose for Ashley]
oliver: thank you Ms. Lovato! [hugs Demi and runs over to the girls]
demi:[giggles; hears a knock on the door; sighs] this is it... [goes to the door and opens it]
denise: Honey!! [hugs Demi]
demi:[smiles] Hey Denise! [hugs her a bit tighter]
denise:[pulls away]
demi: come in [opens the door wider; hugs Nick; Kevin when they walk in] Hi [says emotionless to Joe]
joe: hey.. [slightly hurt; walks in; unsure]
miley:[from outside; gasps] DADDY!!! [runs inside] DADDY! DADDY! [runs up to Joe]
demi:[suprised she would act like that]
joe:[kneels down; holding his arms out as Miley jumps into his arms; wraps his arms around her]

Joe's P.O.V
My baby girl, my beautiful baby girl. I missed her so much, i could NEVER stop thinking about her, I see dad's holding there little daughters hands, and fathers pushing there daughters on the swing sets, OKAY OKAY so you guys think im a pathetic looser i agree no need to fight. But, I always loved her, and I know how much a mother loves her daughter, so I didnt want to take her away from Demi. I lost ALL contact with Demi, she moved, changed her number, I knew nothing about where her whereabouts are at I wanted to send her checks, but i couldnt but I new Miley was okay because Demi made a lot of money with concerts, shows etc.
P.O.V end

Demi:[hears ANOTHER knock on the door; opens it and sees trace] Trace... what are you doing here? [goes outside and closes the door]
trace: Demi, im sorry but we belong together, lets go to my place
demi:[disgusted] no! and its Miley's birthday, leave now
~W/ Joe~
joe:[notices its been a long time since Demi went outside] be right back... [goes outside and hears Demi say "Leave Now"; sees Trace, remember's the fist fight he had with him a long time ago]
trace: NO I- [stops when he sees Joe]
joe: leave Trace
trace: well isnt it the gayest one of the bunch
joe:[pissed; walks up to trace about to punch him]
trace:[scared; runs to his car and drives off]
demi:[doesnt say a word; about to go in]
joe: no Demi we need to talk [gently grabs her arm]
demi:[gets her arm out of his grip] what?
joe: Demi im so so sorry
demi:[scoffs and turns around]
joe: No Demi listen to me! I am truely sorry!
