i had to fly while pregnant and it was horrible..

warm.. crammed... nauseous

I'm sorry but how DOESNT a drastic elevation change hurt a fetus? Along with being crammed in a cabin with many other individuals, and being stuffed in a seat with no room to spread out if you arent standing or walking around, that for me alone would be a major stress increase. I'm really starting to be convinced half of what they say on these pregnancy health guru vids is a load of crap.
