I recorded this song on 22 Oct 2009, just 6 days after my mum died. It was my simple way of letting her know how much I cared for her and missed her, as I have done every day since she died. I didnt plan to release it on you tube but her first anniversary is coming up and I was browsing through the songs had recorded over the last 12 months, and thought it would help in my grieving process. Sometimes, the only way musicians can handle situations is through their music, and in my case it has helped me all my life. You can probably tell from the emotion in my voice that it was a difficult song for me to sing at the time, but i hope you like it, even though its a 'one off' simple recording with no effects.
