If you have coils on the rear...change your wheel offset to bring the rear wheels inward.

If you are running parallel leaves on the rear, that limits the offset of your rear wheels, therefor making them where you cant get the rear down. You have bags on the front but you are too wide there too. Either get shorter tubular a-frames or more inner wheel offset to dump it in the weeds.
