The lyrics does make sense. It's just a bit awkward the way he sentenced it. This is roughly what it really means Verse 1: I think about you a lot. Taking care of you, that's what I wanna do. I'll be thinking about you all the time in my life. I think about you a lot. Would you want to take care of me like the way I do? Of course I could understand your situation from backwards too. I would really like to know what you're thinking.

the lyrics doesn't really make sense ...u have to really listen and change the sentences around but still a good song....I love it and CNblue. However I don't understand y don't they have some1 good with english to translate the song rather than them...them so fans won't criticize n it's more professional. this is just my thought :)

It think that the grammar in this sucks, possibly, because the lyrics don't translate well from Korean. So, It's probably a perfect translation but I don't speak Korean and can't verify that.
