What an odd scene again. "Why is the TV on?" I guess this was used to buy time and to confuse the hostile.

  • If caught, confuse...it has worked for me.

  • @FungusMossGnosis

    got it. thanks!

  • @susa09

Hey, I was wrong, there is a link on the main page of isham . com (remove spaces) that has a link to free & easy download to the 8-minute "suite" I mentioned. So, there's THAT!

  • @FungusMossGnosis

thanks mate. i checked iTunes and can't find it, only the film itself. probably not selling it because the movie wasn't a blockbuster. i just really loved the atmosphere of the bagpipes theme.

  • @susa09

It's a wonderful score by the underestimated Mark Isham. I know they never released a CD (I always look), but I heard it might be on i-Tunes (which I never use). They used to have a free 8-min. "suite" on isham [dot] com, but I think WB made them take it down. Greedy bastards?!? I think they want to sit on it for a while to see if there will be a cult large enough to warrant a release. So... it's on DVD, that's it.

  • anybody know where to get the soundtrack that plays throughout the film and the end credits (with the bagpipes)? music is not credited at all at the end which is a shame

  • @digitalcrypt : the failure was not theirs. They did everything very well. Their tactics were good. It just didn't play out they way they wished. But the point is that they were not the two corpses left in the house! Similar scene when he gets the girl. His Australian buddy takes a round to the head and he gets the girl. Mission accomplished, one brave man dead. Not an easy business to be in.

  • @lebarosky

True, but they didn't exactly have much intel or time to prepare.

  • This incursion was a total failure. Girl wasn't there and secondary goal was information. He was hoping to subdue this joker without using a firearm on him.

  • @TheFrankyboy75 checked it out on Wikipedia says he was Marine Recon
