To all the ford haters: there's not one car company that doesn't make defective products. So to say that ford makes shit is hypocritical cause I have owned gm and ford and have had problems with both. And my ford actually turned out to be way more reliable than any other vehicle. @platinumcurry - is reading not you're thing? The GT500 isn't 4000 lbs for one. For the appropriate comparison in the Chevy lineup is the Camaro- not the ZR1. And as others have mentioned it takes very little to get a GT500 to beat a ZR1 - that's not to say the ZR1 is a bad car because it's not. But the GT500 IS in fact a much more well rounded and functional car. But to each their own- if you like Cheby's good on you- I'll stick with Ford. Better cars and MUCH better run company FTMFW \m/

I've been more than impressed with Ford lately. GM's been gone quite awhile now and all those great Japanese manufacturers are losing ground fast to Korean cars. Meanwhile Ford consistently produces great vehicles that customers want and quality doesn't suffer.
