I love how this ident begins with the three stripes exploding and graphically it's very impressive. But the end is over the top - too much percussion and too dramatic.

It think axing the regional identities was generally a good thing because ITV is now acting like a 'real' TV Network were as before the regions seem to be too independent and had a cheap feel to it (only in my view) LWT and the week day channel (my spelling is bad) really was the only regional network who had and decent identities - again it's only my view

This is ITV's best ident in my opinion
