Free doesn't make something good. I havent played this so I cant criticize it, but just because it's free doesn't make peoples issues with it invalid.
By telling them to do better or stfu you are actually doing the developer a disservice, preventing them from user feedback on what they like (and yes) DO NOT like about the game.
If this game is worth aggressively defending to you, why would you discourage negative feedback? negative feedback most valuable kind.

i remember downloading this game a long time ago. i pretty much uninstalled it after about 10 min. of play. this is one of those extremely shakey fps games. i nearly turned the mouse sensitivity completely off and it was still all over the place. hate those kinda games. M.A.T. rules!!!
