Russ demonstrates a Perfect Pull-Up with 10 second concentric contractions and 10 second eccentric (resisting the force) contractions.
The Pull-Up exercise featured on the Nautilus Gravitron Machine is an excellent upper body conditioning exercise and contour's the Back, Shoulders, and Biceps. By Keeping your abs tight throughout the duration of lifting, you also get an abdominal workout!
