I really enjoy your videos, but I have one little comment: Secretin is a hormone produced in the duodenum, so I think you're really referring to Selectins in your discussion on adhesion and transmigration?

I have to say there is another great lecturer out there on Youtube. Professorfink if you want to understand cellular respiration. He is great. There is also a Dr. Aziz (hyperlink) who has videos on neuro. I think he has cardiac also. So, there are 3 great instructors on Youtube if you want to watch the others, too.

Thanks for these videos. You are a life saver. I am early in this stage of path since this is my 2nd chapter with you and am already praying for the systemic portion of this book.
