Not only is this piece a genuine 19th century issue Russian romance based on a poem by Pushkin - the greatest Russian poet - but I can also give you a proper translation of the lyrics, because this poem was included in "Poems you have never met". Enjoy!
I loved you so. My love may still be there.
Its remnants in my heart may smolder still.
But you need not be touched by my despair.
To cause you grief is not at all my will
I loved you so in hopelessness and silence,
Too timid or too jealous to confess.
I loved you with sincerity and kindness,
I pray the one youre with loves you no less.
Can you give me the mp3 version please??

I didn't find it anywhere - I compiled the accompaniment on KBPiano from memory and then sang it myself in parallel. Pulled the tracks together with Audacity and voila!
