the name of that bar, i call it a medium grip bar, in the gym i go to u have close grip bar . wide grip bar like a chin up. and this bar witch is in the middle of close and wide so medium bar but i guess it can be called neutral grip bar too. levrone the only pro giving back to next generation of bodybuilders i dont see ronnie or arnold or jay doing videos on utube . thanks kev appreciate it.
